Jennifer Agbonma Ukaobasi is a mother of three (3) Children, Law graduate of Abia State University Uturu Abia State with an LL.B (Hons.) Degree, a Barrister at Laws (B.L) Degree in year 2000 from the Nigeria Law School Bwari Abuja and subsequently called to the prestigious Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria; an Associate of Chartered Institute of Arbitration, United Kingdom (ACiarb) UK in 2006; MBA Business School Netherlands (2010), Diploma in French 2012 from Allianz Francaise, Associate, Chartered Institute of Administrators 2010, Fellow, Institute of Credit Administrators 2017, currently, an LL.M student of Abuja University, and has undertaken various courses in her life and career..
Her work experience is a mixture of legal practice and banking, she had practiced law as a solicitor/advocate for 5 years in the chambers of Aina, Blankson & Co, before embarking on her Banking career in January 2005 as a Trainee Banking officer in Legacy Citizens Bank International, before moving over to Intercontinental Bank Plc from June 2005- January 2012 where she worked as a retailer, a Loan recovery officer and grew to become a Branch Manager; joined Access Bank Plc in 2010 and later left for FCMB in January 2012 as a Relationship Manager until October 2012 before going back to her prestigious legal practice..
Aligned with her passion for accelerated dispute resolution in Nigeria, she enrolled with the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, United Kingdom where she was conferred with an Associate (ACIArb) UK in 2006; in line with her mission to diversify her academic pursuit, she did an Execute MBA program with Business School Netherlands (2010). And her passion for other languages saw her going for French Language where she bagged A Diploma in French from Alliance Francaise (French Village) (2013)..

She was the Managing Director/CEO of Alpha Kapital Microfinance Bank Ltd from 2015-2021; Managing Partner of A.J Okorafor & Co (Law Firm), Prime mover/Chairman of Gozac Projects Ltd and Trans-Orient Int’l Services Limited, both Limited Liability companies duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as well as the vision bearer and Trustee of Youth Emancipation and Rehabilitation Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organisation with a primary focus on Advocacy and youth empowerment.
Beside honesty and integrity, her likes include cooking, dancing, playing table tennis, and Volleyball. She hates dishonesty and indolence. She is an advocate of choice and self-esteem, she believes everyone has a right to their lives and should not be interfered with the ambit of legality, she is driven by the Grace and Goodness of God and a hunger to excel and become a great success in life. Her vision is to be the President of our great Country Nigeria.
