Think Education, think the future ~ Barr. Ukaobasi

As the World marks the 2022 International Day to Protect Education from Attacks, the government at all levels has been charged to build a safe and inclusive learning environment for quality education to thrive.

In a press release signed by the Executive Director of Youth Emancipation and Rehabilitation Foundation, Agbonma Jennifer Ukaobasi, Esq, charged critical stakeholders to create policies at both National and State levels that will sustain education in Nigeria.

She further calls on the federal government to quickly end the seven-month Strikes embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of University and bring back students to schools, to restore the dignity of education in the country.

She noted that any country that does not give priority to education is a failed state, stressing that education is very key to economic growth and development.
