NYCN ABIA STATE BID FAREWELL TO ELDER FRIDAY IKPEOHA ON HIS RETIREMENT

The state Chairman National Youth council of Nigeria Engr Smith Sylvanus in the company of the NYCN Southeast Vice President Comr Smart Uwakwe and members of state executives joined the ministry of youth development in the send forth Retirement celebration of Elder Friday Ikpeoha, who until his retirement was in active service up to the level of Permanent Secretary in the Ministry.

Engr Smith in his appreciation and farewell speech extended the council’s congratulatory message noting all the fatherly roles he has over the years shown to the youths of Abia and further expressed his deep concerns on his retirement as a feather greatly to be missed while he sorted for his continuous support and advice whenever he is been needed.

We will continue to uphold those legacies of service, integrity, and dedication in discharge of our various and respective positions as part of your attributes and we see your retirement as an appreciation to God Almighty and wishes you well in your further endeavors of life’ he added.

Amongst other wishes of members of the Ministry, Elder Friday Ikpeoha thanked members of the council, Ministry, and others who have shown him kindness and love this day, promising not to take it for granted. He further returned all Glory to God for preserving and seeing him through this year of service and appreciated those who have been supportive up to his retirement praying to God to replenish them abundantly.

Highlights were a gift, award presentation, and undisclosed cash support by NYCN to the immediate past Permanent Secretary Elder Friday Ikpeoha.
