Being Goal Oriented:

The second attitude of effective leaders is goal orientation.

Being goal-oriented means you’re focused on reaching or completing specific tasks to achieve a planned outcome.

Goal-oriented people are driven and motivated by purpose.

Also known as being task-driven or results-driven, someone who are goal-oriented uses targets to stay motivated in their work.

Note that Successful people think about their goals and how to achieve them most of the time while unsuccessfully people think about their problems and spend time criticizing, complaining, and giving excuses most of the time.
