ASEPA DGM frowned at the activities of some Hausa traders on how the area is being messed up.
Deputy General Manager, Abia State Environmental Protection Agency (ASEPA), Umuahia. Mr Ambrose Jonah. on Monday visit EKET Street by umuwaya in Umuahia.

Speaking with Journalist he said they visited there because they have been messing up the Environment and the Governor is not happy about that,and that yesterday which is Sunday 16th June 2024 they went there together with the Security Agencies,requesting them to clean up the Environment Yet they disobey and did nothing about it
He also stated that they Previously Visited Eket street by Umuwaya and frowned at the activities of some Hausa traders on how the area is being messed up and how they have turned the area to a toilet ,not to take laws into their hand they involved the Emir,which is EZE Yaro who came and pleaded and set up a committee ( People that will look into the affairs,Which they now have a chairman and secretary..
He said that place is the heart of the state and doesn’t look good messing up the Place.
